“This apartment is just as advertised! Great location and great accommodations. 4 senior adults enjoyed 5 days in lovely Montreal. Vlad is very accommodating and a great host! There are some steep stairs as there are in most apartments in Montreal but we managed. This wouldn't work for someone with serious mobility issues. Very clean and well stocked.”

“It's a decent property in a nice location. However, it felt like no one had done a deep clean in a while; nonetheless, the place was pretty tidy. The biggest issue for us was the parking garage. It is TINY and VERY hidden/narrow while getting in! Luckily, my car was small enough to fit (I have a VW Golf), but that isn't to say my spatial awareness wasn't tested (8-point turn just to get in!). “We booked the place 2 weeks in advance, got confirmation of booking from VRBO and was charged for the room. The day of check in, we reached out to the property manager for access instructions and were totally ghosted. Stranded in a busy city in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, despite having confirmation and paying.I received no response until I asked for a refund. “The accommodation was as it was listed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful regarding staying in communication during the entire process. The location was perfect for us as well, it was close to the metro which was convenient when we used it. we were also able to walk to almost everything we wanted during our stay. The building was also secure. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to others. ”

“Great spot in a great city. The outdoor space is really cool to have. The photos are a bit misleading as they imply a couch in the loft space (it was empty) so we were hoping for an extra couch for a single to sleep on. Other than that, nothing but positives.”

“We had a wonderful time in Montreal. The condo was everything we needed. Close to the Bell Centre and all of downtown. The building has all the amenities like indoor pool and gym. Parking garage was right across the street and very reasonable. Would definitely stay there next time in Montreal.”
