“This is a clean one-bedroom apartment that was perfect for a couple. The entrance is up a set of steps. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Be prepared to use your own TV account if you’re interested. Shannon, the owner, was responsive and friendly. Could have provided a toaster oven for the kitchen. Thanks Shannon for a comfortable stay. ”

“We really enjoyed the location & how convenient to everything it was. The apartment was spacious & comfortable. My niece & great nephew loved the pool.It would have been nice if there had been written instructions for everything somewhere in the apartment, I'm more of a visual person and need written instructions in hand rather trying to decipher everything in an email or text message. Little details like needing the building entrance code to use the elevator and a QR code for the parking...

“Perfect place”

“I rented this thinking it was a private apartment. Although the ad says "shared space", I interpreted that to mean that the common areas in the building were shared. In fact, this is a private room+bathroom that is in an apartment that is shared with four other bedrooms. The common space (one room with a combined kitchen + couch and two chairs) would be fairly small if all the bedrooms were occupied.
