“I made a courtesy call to notify the hotel attendant that we would be having a late check-in. I was told that my room was going to be recorded as a "no-show" after expressing traffic delays had set us back more than usual.
I have no idea why someone would state this to a patron that already prepaid the booked stay. That room should belong to me until the check-out time the very next day.”
