“Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed for a long weekend. Upon arrival Elodie gave me a full tour of the house. This was brilliant and much appreciated. We were really impressed with the villa, pictures did not do it justice! I have added some of my pictures. We also had welcome packages with local produce and some essentials. The villa is up a steep hill from the main drag so taxis were essential for us. The only thing I would recommend is a secure key box. Our arrival time was unknown due to late……

“The house is absolutely gorgeous and Delia was a responsive, helpful host. We had no issues getting access to the property upon arrival. The home was well suited for our party of 12. Everyone had comfortable accommodations and there were plenty of bathrooms. The outdoor space is amazing. We opted to cook one night and just enjoy the house. Burners on the stove inside house did not heat as well as the outdoor stove, but that literally is the only 'issue' we had. Loved our stay and would……

“BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK! THE OWNER NEVER CONTACTED US TO GIVE US KEYS OR INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECK IN!! After several attempts to reach him (he wouldn't answer phone calls or emails) VBRO had to cancel our reservation an hour before check in, after we had been traveling for 20 hours and then we did not have a place to stay. Had to find last minute hotel not in the area we wanted to stay. ”

“We had a great time in Nice. The owners and property manger were extremely helpful and the property was lovely. We are active travelers and we would finish each day by the pool, enjoying the spectacular view of Nice. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a great week at this flat in Cap d’Nice. It is charming with the mosaic floors, high ceilings and your own direct access to jump into the Mediterranean! We had a couple of issues during the week. One was solved fast, the other was disruptive and took time to solve but in the end was resolved effectively. We would rent again with the prime location and charm of the flat. ”

“My family of 6 stayed here over New Years. Everything was exactly as advertised. Even though the property was a little out of Nice central, which we liked, it was easy to get Uber anytime and have them pick you up at route11 as they can do a U-turn. That’s about a 1 min walk. The same is true for any tours you do. The views are incredible, and a supermarket is a short walk away. The kitchen has both a nespresso machine as well as a regular drip coffee maker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here……
