Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk!

Hotel is in good proximity to the train station. As walkers, we enjoyed crossing the Hohenzollern Bridge everyday with its iconic views of the cathedral and other sights along the Rhine. Location wise this property was great for visiting the Christmas markets. The communication was really good, they emailed links for when you check in and the codes worked well for accessibility. Very nice area to visit. Excellent hotels. Wide variety of excellent restaurants. Train station is clean and has excellent taxi service to and from. Good jumping off point for day trips to Koln, Bonn, Bad Munstereifel, and others.
