"They were doing work due to a water leak on the upper floor, but it didn’t affect us at all. The room (deluxe king) was exactly as pictured. We did expect more than cereal and mini waffles for breakfast. But all in all the girl at the front was friendly and helpful and professional and our stay was perfect for the 1 one night."

"From the moment we entered the property it was amazing. Clean, smelled so nice, soft music playing, and a personal note welcoming us. The place is stocked with everything you can imagine for comfort. Tranquil, beautiful spot. Three young deer right outside our door. We hope to return one day to this magical and serene spot. "We have been staying here for years. We definitely missed the previous owners Jewels and Steve, but, Lisa the new owner is an awesome person and has wonderful ideas for the Motel. We can’t wait to come back next year and enjoy all her and her staff have done. This is our favorite place to come each year. "

"Very relaxing getaway,outside of the city.The room was clean and comfortable,checkin was easy,there is nice sitting areas around the property outside.It feels like camping but you can go inside to a comfortable bed.Plenty of snacks and drinks offered.We will stay here again when we go back to rhis area."

"Staff was super friendly. The view from the balcony was breathtaking both evening and morning. It's very isolated and when we arrived we hadn't eaten and there isn't a restaurant, just keep that in mind. Highly recommend a drive into Eureka Springs while you're there. We did that for dinner and then came back for the sunset. All around a great weekend getaway! "
