“While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! ”

“Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. Each day we had new pests (ticks, roaches, and another bug I have yet to identify) to greet us. Breakfast had……

“I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

“Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!”

“Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get……

“The bar and restaurant were not open and that’s why I made reservations at that hotel. There was banging all night and it sounded like somebody was running up and down the hallway. Do not recommend”
