“Nice staff. Comfortable room , pretty good bed and bath. Limited food options nearby.”

“Stay was great, about what you’d expect for this type of motel, this is our second time staying, and would definitely stay again. Even though it was busy, the motel was quiet. Only complaint was that the breakfast left something to be desired. Lady that checked the sand was nice and friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean!”

“Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. Each day we had new pests (ticks, roaches, and another bug I have yet to identify) to greet us. Breakfast had……

“Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!”

“Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The fresh cookies at the front desk were delicious. The included breakfast was complete with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and fresh fruits. We were here for a karate tournament and they had an extra room to accommodate everyone at breakfast. Would stay here again.”

“This was quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We checked in on Saturday, had to purchase our own toilet paper on Monday as housekeeping did not do anything with our room until being asked by us on Tuesday!!! Then after being asked, all they did was empty trash and leave new towels. Our keys worked intermittently and when you asked the front desk to rekey them you would’ve thought you were asking them to go above and beyond!! I could another rooms alarm clock go off every morning……

“We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. “Clean room, spacious shower in bathroom. Good bath products. Nice coffee/tea choices in the room. Quiet. Bar at the Hive restaurant was very nice! Friendly staff. Free parking nearby. You do have to walk a bit from the free parking garage, no ramp available for rolling luggage. Valet parking is available but they use the same parking garage. Enjoyed our stay”

“This is a fabulous hotel! Conveniently located near the square with all of its restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Very attentive staff. Rooms are very clean. It's a recently opened new hotel.”
