“Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The fresh cookies at the front desk were delicious. The included breakfast was complete with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and fresh fruits. We were here for a karate tournament and they had an extra room to accommodate everyone at breakfast. Would stay here again.”

“Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. Each day we had new pests (ticks, roaches, and another bug I have yet to identify) to greet us. Breakfast had……

“Great location to Bentonville area, just one exit away. They stated that an outside bike wash station is in the works. Breakfast was above the normal mini muffins with cheese egg omelets, fruit and of course waffles. Pool and laundry available. Only one elevator may make it busy during peak times. Fridge(no Freezer section) and microwave in room. Parking on site.”

“We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent.
