“Reception was not serving guests with smiles and kindness, she was just doing her job. The room I got was large, and can see the pool from my room. However, there is a restaurant right across my room and it was the New Year's Eve. Loud music played until very very late, and I needed to catch my journey next morning. When I first opened my door, two maids were resting and lying on the bed they made. This is not professional. Nothing really impressed me of this hotel. But the price was fine.”

Equipe de diversão boa, com bastante opções de bebidas, drinks feitos na hora, chopp e opções de café. O café da manhã é ótimo, muitas opções de.comidas, tapiocas preparadas na hora. Almoço e jantar bons, apesar de não haver tantas opções de pratos diferentes. Uma crítica é que o check-in as 15h e o check-out as 12h fazem o hóspede perde um Almoço. Isso poderia ser melhorado.”

“* Too busy front desk for check in or check out depending on the day , if the hotel is hosting any events . This hotel hosts events be warned. * Room premium suite is very clean and comfortable * Inclusive breakfast: there is one for the general guests and another VIP ( which was included on my reservation) . The food most of the time tasted that it was served from the day before therefore it didn’t taste fresh . There was only one day that the food tasted fresh . It was disappointing. I assume……
