"Dreamy location nestled in the woods. Just far enough off the beaten path to feel like an escape, close enough to stores if you need. Immaculately appointed with ample porch space to take in the woods and scenery. Just the right size for the three of us plus doggo. Owner was very responsive to communication and takes obvious pride in his property. "

"During my stay, the second night my spouse found someone bandaged of their finger in one of the bed under the cover. Why? Left 3:00 am so didn’t tell the front desk. "

"The place was just like it was described on the VRBO site.The host was excellent. We did have a issue with the AC which was taken care of immediately. (Thank you Edie)The property was just as described, perfect if your looking for some peace and quiet.There were plenty of restaurantsto chose from in nearby Whiteville. (Anthony's Italian restaurant was our favorite)We did make several trips to Myrtle Beach which just over an hour away. (The legend show was really good this year)If we decide to come back to this area again next year we would love to stay here again."

"The house itself and near by houses on the same street are older but decently kept up, but please do your own research on this area prior to selecting this property. I was in a bit of a hurry on securing a place and this property allowed pets “with an added charge” not listed on the Expedia listing. Not being familiar with any areas surrounding Florence I wish I would have taken the time to properly research. "
