"I answered the questions for what I thought it would have been had we got to stay there. We had to cancel our visit the day before we were supposed to leave. We were coming to watch our granddaughter compete in a Jr. High Rodeo at the fairgrounds in Pawhuska. I let the owner know and I realized that it was too late to cancel for a refund but could not get a hold of VRBO. I was on hold for over ten minutes. I at least thought that I might get reimbursed for the cleaning fee since no one stayed there. I tried to cancel online but couldn't get it done since it was too late. Very disappointed with my experience with VRBO."

"In town for daughter’s wedding who was having it at the nearby Wentz castle. What an amazing place! Tons of space to not feel cramped. A game room to relax and watch the game on. Morning coffee on the back porch while cows wandered by. So peaceful and relaxing. Also host was incredibly accommodating and flexible when due to circumstances we needed to change location of rehearsal dinner bbq and they gave us permission to host it at the house. Thank you for allowing that and helping us with our stressed out daughter on her wedding weekend! "
