Perfect weekend gettaway
We LOVED staying here. Was my husband, myself, and 12 yr old daughter there for volleyball tournament. Hotels were booked up from Eclipse and sports events happening and we lucked into this gem. Have no reason to ever book a hotel in Fayetteville again. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on couch and said it may have been as comfortable as her actual bed.. she was ready to move in. Would def book again everytime.

Couples Getaway & Razorback game
My husband and I had a wonderful time in Fayetteville this past weekend. This property was the perfect location for the UofA and really anything in Fayetteville! We loved the studio apartment in the extra garage! It was just a really neat place. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable! We’ll be back!

Great location in Fayetteville. Very accessible but tucked away and quiet. Converted garage is an excellent use of space. Comfy bed and furnishings. Full kitchen. Will definitely stay again in the future!
