Staying in Casa Serena 10 has been an amazing experience! We were really impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay! Casa Serena 10 combines comfort and style perfectly. Very elegant decor, and a peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Every part of Casa Serena 10 had that nice vacation/relaxing feeling. Whether relaxing in the lounge or walking around, it all felt just perfect. This hotel really provides a top-quality experience in every aspect. We stayed for three nights and we didn't want to leave. Everything was extraordinarily clean, peaceful, and pleasant. From start to finish, the hotel management and staff made us feel at home. Our stay was truly memorable. The peaceful ambiance and excellent staff made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Riu Paraiso in Lanzarote. The hotel has a fantastic location, on the beach front and promomenade and just a 10-15 min stroll into the bustiling town of Puerto Del Carman. The hotel suits all, whether it be couples and families and wehter you want a quiet or action packed holiday - the hotel has two sections with the quieter area very much more catered for adults wanting to simply relax. The entertainment both day and night is of a good standard and we particularly enjoyed the vening where you could watch a vareity of shows in the main theatre or watch live music singers in the bar area. The staff and cleanliness i cannot fault at all, an exceptional service and we were very lucky to have a free upgrade to a premium room giving us a pool and wonderful sea view. We would definitely return.

I stayed at this hotel on a half-board basis and overall felt it was good value for money. The food was buffet style. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and at dinner there was always enough variety to find something to eat. The only downside was that some of the hot dishes could occasionally be a little lukewarm. The complex itself is quite large, with several smaller pools as well as a bigger main pool. It’s also possible to walk from the hotel down to the beachfront, which is convenient if you want to eat out or explore the area. The rooms include a small kitchen area with a fridge, which was really useful for keeping drinks and snacks. My room had a balcony, although it didn’t get much direct sunlight as it was north facing, so it wasn’t ideal for drying swimwear. There is also a self-service laundry on site with two washers and two dryers, which was simple and convenient to use. The staff were hardworking, always present around the complex, and helpful whenever needed. There is also bicycle hire within the complex offering a great range of bikes. The staff there were very helpful, offering advice on various cycling routes around the area. They were professional, friendly, and seemed to be experienced cyclists themselves, which made it easy to get good local recommendations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt the hotel offered good value for the price

Very good hotel, Nice pool and lovely staff!! However we had some issues with network (WiFi) also the toilet had a weird drainage smell coming from the shower.

My mum and I had an amazing stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bar and restaurant teams provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the animation team truly made our holiday extra special. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, although a little more variety at breakfast would have been appreciated as it was quite similar each morning. The drinks were very good, though there were occasionally long queues at the bar during the late evening. The rooms are slightly dated, but they were cleaned every day to a high standard, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed taking the bus (Line 03) from the San Antonio Hotel to the final stop in the Old Town and then walking back to the hotel, taking in the beautiful views along the way. A special thank you to Ivan and Ayman from the bar team for their hard work and friendly service, and to Filippo, Sabrina, and Celina from the animation team. They were fantastic—always entertaining, full of energy, and genuinely lovely people who made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Relaxia, for a superb holiday.
