“Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!”

“After a whistle stop tour of Rome, we thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights at this villa. The hosts were very welcoming, meeting us and accompanying us to the property as well as providing recommendations as to where to eat and shop for food, plus a very generous welcoming gift of brioche bread on arrival and a bottle of fizz on our last night. After a hectic time in Rome, we all completely relaxed at the villa - it is so remote and peaceful. The villa is very spacious and stays cool during the day……

“Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. ”

“This beautiful family Villa was perfect for our week long gathering of three generations and close friends. We felt right at home immediately. There was space for everyone, both indoors and outside. We loved being on the picturesque terrace and loggia, the lawns, in the beautiful large pool, and in every room in the house. There is so much history here. We loved the family photos, the art, the furnishings, the Murano chandeliers, the toys under the grand piano, the beautiful kitchen. The Villa……

“Historic villa property beautifully restored in an amazing location with amazing view. Lunch and dinners on the covered veranda. Would have been better if bath for second bedroom were not down the hall. The owner was wonderful. At our request arranged for a private chef to come to the villa which was lots of fun, and delicious. She also arranged for restaurant reservation for the evening we arrived. Owner communication was excellent! We loved our stay!!!”

Highly recommend the local butcher for all your needs — a small store but with fresh ingredients to cook and a wonderful owner Guiseppe Nice to have the pool to cook off after a warm day Would highly recommend this villa !”
