"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Convenient, comfortable and clean: Perfect airport hotel. Just a couple of minutes walk from the station and just a little further to T2. On the flat with dropped kerbs so dragging a case wasn’t a problem.
Bar had a nice atmosphere, and food decent value so spending s couple of hours there made the evening before the flight a part of the holiday. Nice toiletries in rooms and Nespresso machine to caffeinate before heading off for morning flight. No time to try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. "

"Whilst the manager was helpful and pleasant, and the bedding clean, that is pretty much where positivity ends. This hotel desperately needs care and attention - flooring coming up in bathroom and a window which didn't shut properly, letting in street noise throughout the night. Heating left full on with no control to switch off. Walls were paper thin so could hear every word of adjoining room's conversation. "
