2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

The room was clean, there was a problem at the check out time as all the guest have the same check out and all the elevators collapse, it took us more than an hour to get down. The parking is really a problem as we had to go up almost 20 floors. Location is pretty good.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

Tv wasnt working at all, also wifi network was really slow to the point you cant use it at all, breakfast was always empty and some out of order like the juice machine, and waffle maker, talk to them at the front office but they werent able to fix the tv or to give me another room with a working ...
