The staff are kind and helpful and the rooms are so clean, fresh smelling and very comfortable! The breakfast is homemade and served by an attendant in the morning.”

“The only problem I had was the noise. I was on the 4th floor. I called the front desk 3 times. The lady on the desk said she would come up to check it out. I am not sure she did or not, because I called several times. The parking was excellent, but I probably will not visit there again. I even asked whether I was on a party floor. Being 73 of age, I want quite.”

“My partner slept fine but the room & sheets I stayed in had a distinct moldy smell that made it impossible to fall asleep. The pictures looked well advertised and the staff was helpful but for my one night stay, I would’ve spent just $5 more to sleep at another hotel.”

The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue was that the rooms cleanliness and maintenance wasn’t the best. I was attending a wedding and I used the iron in the room on my white shirt. As I was using the iron I realized the iron was dirty with some sort of dark sticky residue that left spots on my brand new dress shirt. Floors and walls were also dirty as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped for a while. Sink was also in bad condition. Hard to explain but I took pictures. I would’ve gotten over all……
