- Park Avenue Condominiums are a quiet, conveniently located community in Foley, AL. We are less than 8 miles to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Tanger Outlets, Walmart, many delicious restaurants and family friendly entertainment attractions and shopping. You can also find OWA Amusement Park, Tropic Falls Indoor and Outdoor WaterPark, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf at Orange Beach and the Awesome 10,000 seat Ampitheater! If you are in town for sports tournaments, you will find the Foley Sportsplex less than 3 miles away.
This beautifully updated 3bedroom/2 bath, ground floor condo sleeps 6 people and has a fully stocked kitchen with new dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Our condo offers very comfortable bedding, fresh new towels and linens and dining room seating for 6! We also have large screen smart tv's. You can also sit and relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on the shaded and quiet screened in patio.
For the avid fisherman and golfers, there are many boat charters and popular golf courses nearby.
