Uno de los mejores de la locura! Este bonito apartamento se encuentra en la planta baja de la residencia privada del propietario. Hay entradas separadas para cada residencia. En su interior encontrará 3 dormitorios y 1 baño. Hay un segundo baño completo se encuentra en la casa de la piscina. Esta adorable casita tiene una piscina que se comparte solo con la pareja que posee la casa. ¡Lo has leído correctamente! ¡Hay una piscina compartida para que disfrutes durante tus vacaciones en Folly! Una parrilla de carbón está justo al lado de la piscina en el suelo para una tarde relajante. La cocina está bien equipada y cuenta con todos los utensilios que necesita para preparar una comida deliciosa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y los otros dos dormitorios tienen camas de tamaño completo. Beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, and a nice space to relax. The apartment itself is cute and functional, perfect for a short stay. The management company was also awesome to work with.That said, for the high price point, some aspects fell short. The furniture feels dated, and the overall interior could use a refresh. Our only interaction with the owner wasn’t particularly warm—more focused on policing the parking situation than making us feel welcome. We were quickly reminded not to use a spot for even a short errand, with an uncomfortable tone about her husband potentially needing it. The pool is also much smaller in person than the photos.Also, the 10:00 am checkout feels overly strict considering the cost, and the amount of surveillance (Ring cameras everywhere noting that your being recoded) made things feel a bit invasive and not as relaxing. Overall, it's a fine stay for the location and yard, but don’t expect a lot of hospitality or luxury touches. ##### Scott C. The apartment had a moldy musty smell, there was an issue with the kitchen sink, early one morning we heard the people upstairs using water and the kitchen sink started to rumble and gurgle, water then backed up into it and the sink overflowed, there was nothing in the sink so it was easy to clean and then the water went back down eventually. The second bathroom was located in a separate building (pool area), which was fine, but the air conditioning in that building did not work effectively. It was comfortable and having a pool was awesome. It was close to the beach, 2 blocks, and several restaurants and a small market. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were a bit disappointed the property wasn't listed as lower level...cleanliness was below par. There were no TV instructions, dishwasher leaked water and was broken, had to call about ice maker because it didn't work, no instructions for leaving and what to do with laundry, dishware, etc., lighting was tricky, nothing labeled. The location was perfect, close to the fun of Center St and just a couple of blocks from the beach. The pool made for a great spot for the family to relax and we had a couple of very nice chats with Greg. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! ##### Mark H. You have to go to the back to come in rather than entering from the address side, which was funny! We found everything to be delightfully clean and even met the owners upstairs, who were fabulous.
