Great condo for groups. The 4 bedrooms & 4 baths are perfect for a family or group of friends. Tastefully decorated. Beautiful ocean views directly on the beach. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The balcony is large and provides seating for watching the sunrise. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars & shops.

Wonderful condo directly on the beach, in easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops in Folly Beach. We loved watching the surfers from our balcony each morning. The unit was well appointed and comfortably hosted our family of 6. The only downside was that both pool gates were secured with bike locks during our stay.

Elevators are mandatory

We had a less than happy experience because we had no ability to get our loved ones to the lower level without extreme difficulties. Very disappointing for the price.

Beautiful place

Our family of eight adults came for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay immensely! Having a bathroom in each bedroom was such a plus and there was so much space! The management company was awesome and even let us know that we could check in early.Would definitely stay there again!!

September birthdays

My friends and I discovered this gem years ago. However, we treated ourselves this year to the 4 bedroom/bath so each had our own space. We enjoy Charleston and Folly Beach so much we continue to return. I am certain we will definitely try for this beautiful unit again

PERFECT VACATION

Being RIGHT on the beach was fantastic and the property was everything promised . . even more than anticipated as the pictures (especially of the view) doesn't do it justice. Perfect for a family of six adults and 3 children. LOVED our stay!

Great location, beautiful condo

This is a great location. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. The one disappointment was we requested early check in. We had a 4 hour drive to arrive and they let me know at 11 am the morning we were departing home so it was a wasted effort. It would have been nice to know at least the day before so we could plan. All in all I would definitely recommend staying and will look forward to a return visit.

Thanksgiving Tradition

We have been visiting Folly Beach for the last 18 years. Before my father died, my family of 6 always came for a week in June. Dad passed six years ago & now we come for Thanksgiving week to visit his wife. We will always love Folly Beach !

Perfect for Family Vacation

We had 5 adults and 2 young children stay at this property and it was perfect! The floor plan was such that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony view of the ocean is just perfect. It was so nice eating dinner there while watching the sunset. The amenities were great and we didn’t feel like we were lacking anything!
