"This property is so cute. We've stayed here several times. Close to Nevada City, quiet and even has cute nature trail to the railroad museum on the property. Some of the rooms are a little older but I see they are actively replacing furniture and updating rooms since we've first started coming here. For the price it's excellent. "

"Was expecting a quiet, boring night but the old fashioned hotel bar was lively with interesting people so I enjoyed the fun! It’s not a vibe for young children maybe but perfect t for me as a solo traveler to meet friends. I’ll definitely stay again someday!"

"We stayed in the basement room (1 queen and bunkbed) which was perfect for our family of 4 with a dog. The room opens up to a big outdoor area, so it's extremely easy to to take the dog out. There was a small fridge and microwave so we had everything we needed for a night's stay. The only thing to know is that you have to go down two flights of stairs to access the room which may be an issue for some. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. It is a no frills space, so if there are items you consider essential to your world, bring them with you. It does have a powerful air conditioner which we were grateful for at the end of August. We'll be back, proximity to the river and the price can't be beat. Now that we know it's pretty rustic we will pack more essentials and be extra cozy there. "

"This spot is perfectly located. We were just there for a quick overnight, not thinking too much about it, but it worked out so well that I'd just rebook here in the future. Lovely neighborhood, lush green yard, lots of easy parking, just a few minutes walk to the cute downtown, and right by the highway for driving off to the river or hikes. The studio is simple, well priced, has an easy check-in setup, and was a great spot for folks like us who just needed a touch down point, and a comfy bed, while we spent the rest of our time exploring. "
