不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
Room was dirty, floors dirty, mirror in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a while, sheets had several cigarette burns in them, front desk was unaware that their ice machine didn't work. You would think that being a part of the local convention center they would keep it cleaner and maintained better.

不满意：住宿条件和设施
I booked 3 rooms as I was in town with my crew for work. The showers had mold in them. I know I did not contact the office about this issue and moving us, but we were all very tired from a very hard day of work and another day to go. The buffet breakfast was awful. Hard bread products, no apple juice or milk, rubber like eggs, cold sausage. We usually love Quality Inn and their breakfasts, but this was the absolute worst. Room was clean and front desk staff awesome. And the Mexican restaurant was the best ever.

A little outdated but our room was clean. The double bed mattresses were both very uncomfortable. One was very hard while the other was softer but you could feel the springs in your back. We had friends in another room and they said their mattresses were also uncomfortable.

Check in was slow. Dogs were barking throughout the facility. Our room was semi clean. The window was stuck in a could tell. It hadn’t been closed in a long time. There were people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot. I had read reviews that rated this facility high so I booked there. It was a total mistake.

Though the room and hotel was clean the hot tub was not working and some of the exercise equipment was not working and they did not post a sign. I had to go to the front desk to tell them and they could not tell me why it was not working or when it would be fixed. The pool was nice but had bugs in it. Very disappointed. The staff was polite but never told us about the wifi, once again I had to ask for it. The bathroom needed some up dating.
