Overall clearness
I regret to report that my stay at the hotel was highly disappointing. Despite its promising location near the ocean, numerous issues tainted my experience. The lack of cleanliness was evident throughout the premises, from greasy windows obscuring any view of the ocean to dirty curtains and an uncomfortable bed. Additionally, the strict rules and policies, such as no towel changing, only added to the frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful place!
This property is lovely. Gorgeous view of the ocean from large balcony and steps to the beach with beach chairs and umbrella, and the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Unit was spotless and the service and contact from the host was impeccable.
