Whether your goal is to tan, take the big one, or buy all day, everything is possible in Hollywood Beach. Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex. Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops. With a small town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of unique and unique restaurants and bars that can not be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can not go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, Capone's Italian, GG's Waterfront Grill, Nick's Bar & Grill, and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hollywood beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). ●Pack and Play Crib available upon request. ●We are a pet-friendly property. We welcome one pet per unit for free! Let us know about additional pets—fees may apply. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (Doesn’t apply to ESA). Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!) ● Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property ●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations. However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned. The location was great, walked to everything! The lively boardwalk was close enough for a quick walk but far enough so the music from the bars/restaurants wasn’t too loud. The rooftop deck was a nice touch. The pool was great. The views were spectacular. Friendly greeting at the desk and they were able to accommodate an early check in! The beach was one of the better beaches in the US I have been to, & the 5th floor balcony of this property was great! A slightly obstructed view of the ocean but still pretty amazing and even better with birds chirping. The beach towel process & the free use of 2 beach chairs was great (you can pay more for umbrellas and extra chairs). So that was all fantastic & worth the money paid. There were some slightly annoying things. First is that this is primarily a hotel, but many of the rooms are owned and rented out solely as rentals through a third party management company. This means there is an additional layer of bureaucracy that was sometimes a pain. We were meeting my mother-in-law there but our flight was delayed. I texted the property mangers & told them she would now be there way before us and could they please let her in, I gave them a picture of her id and they said that it was taken care of. However, when she got there, they apparently had not talked to the hotel staff, and my mother-in-law was not allowed in the property and had to sit in the lobby for over two hours until we landed & were able to sort it via phone. We texted for check out instructions late the night before, but a response didn't arrive until after we left.
