Our house with 210 sqm living space (incl. garage and covered terrace) is located in a quiet, well-tended neighbourhood on a sunny 1000 sq. m plot.
The spacious, approx 9,00 * 4,00 m solar heated pool with a large sunbathing area is located on the south of the house and can be reached directly from the Master bedroom.
The next supermarket is approximately 500 m away. There is also a restaurant.
Your on-site support is made by our German manager.

House was great. Very clean and close to services. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around in at all hours of the day. The pool was a bit dirty and could use some professional attention. The electric bill wasn’t bad, be sure to have cash on you to pay the bill at check out.

Wonderful Home in Cape Coral
My wife and I have been spending some of each winter in Cape Coral for the last ten years. Many of our friends have retired to the area and we are the last remaining couple who are still "snowbirds". This house was ideal with for us to relax and visit with our Florida neighbors. Our only disappointment was that the pool did not include a professional pool service. Instead the Property Manager came by weekly to put a little chlorine into the pool without even removing the pool cover. I had to insist on them cleaning the pool once because it was so dirty. Other than the pool, I would recommend this Villa.

Property was nice , location to stores and main roads great Communication with owner was good. Our reason for the low rating was the Construction around the property including Machinery and building noise along with dirt and dust covering our pool,ruined most of the stay. We feel we should have been notified in advance and given the opportunity to rebook at another time, or be relocated!

Great property and management
We enjoyed the heated pool and proximity to Pine Island. The house was exactly as pictured. Our communication with property manager Erika was excellent. It is important to have a car, as most activities require a drive.

It was ok..
The pool was dirty, green at the bottom!! They seemed very considered about the electric bill. I was not aware I was responsible for that I didn't realize I couldn't pay the electric bill by debt! So when the cleaning lady came to collect the electric bill she proceeded to clean an hour before check out while my dad waited to be picked up. The front porch light was out and it was very dark at night my dad did let someone know this but it was not fixed.

Great Location and Hosts
Really enjoyed the overall property! Complete privacy around the pool surrounded by lush palms. 3 miles east is all the shopping you'll need. Go to Farmer Joe's for all your groceries. Great selection. Publix and Walgreens down the street. 3 miles west to the Art District and restaurants of Matlacha. Plan to return again! Only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV to a smart TV so guests could use their Netflix/Amazon/Disney accounts on those rainy days that you can't adventure out

Loved this house
We so enjoyed our stay here. This part of Cape Coral is so peaceful it really felt like we were at home. We stayed here for a month and on the second day we knew we wanted to come back again next year, however it was already booked :( ….we will try and find another place in this area, but we will book here again in 2024. Erika is amazing she was so helpful with any questions we had, she is a lovely woman. Thanks so much Erika and Axel.

Really enjoyed the space and the layout.
House was very clean and up to date. House manager was very available and came over to show us where things were and how they worked. We plan to stay here again. Side note: this is a get started property. So you’ll need to buy toilet paper and laundry soap if you are planning to be there the full week.

Pay for electricity use.
This homeowner charges for electricity, which is rare, but apparently not uncommon in Cape Coral, Fl. This was unclear in the listing, and could be found only in the drop down menu of house rules, when I learned of it after placing deposit. I will not rent again from someone who has this requirement.

Pleasant stay!
We stayed one week over Christmas in this nice house. Check in was easy and instructions as well. House is well maintained and functional - we even found a Christmas tree in the garage! The only downsides with this house is that the pool heating is with solar panels, which makes it limited during winter. And a bit far from nice beaches by the sea as Sanibel Island. But these things can't be held against the owners, it is just what it is and not flaws, merely facts :) Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great place to stay but a little disappointed above location of the closest public beach being an hour away. The property manager came and checked in with us on the first day and checked out with us the night before we left. She is extremely sweet and wants to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. The home was great with an amazing pool. The house is very private and loved the pool being surrounded by small palm trees. Please read the review carefully to understand that you will be paying for the electric that you use for your stay. Totally my fault for not reading this so it took me a little off guard. Overall a great relaxing vacation with lots of memories made!

Really nice secluded pool
The house had great potential. Decor was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Mostly everything was clean, with the exception of the floors and the pool deck. They simply could have been swept but otherwise everything was really great for out of town travelers. Lots of amenities in the kitchen and plenty of towels. The furniture is comfortable, they even have floats for the pool and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. They also had beach bags and other things that would make it easy to bring a small child like a pack and play and a highchair. The privacy around the pool cannot be beat. It is surrounded by trees and bushes that allow almost full privacy from the neighborhood. Someone comes out to maintenance the pool once a week which is helpful, and the property manager is always available within 24 hours to assist with any issues. The electric bill is separate however we stayed for two weeks and our bill was less than $90 in the summer with the air on full-time. Our security deposit was refunded within two weeks of leaving and the cost of the house was reasonable. We will absolutely return.

Great location
House was nicely finished and furnished. Great location. Nicely wooded lot, but being so there was a lot of tree litter on the pool screening. We also noticed that the rain gutters appeared to be clogged with tree litter which appeared to be starting to cause deterioration of the gutter finish. Floors could have been cleaner, had to clean upon arrival. We questioned the cleanliness of the pool, water seemed fine but there was a lot of debris on the bottom. Were only able to use the gas grill 3 times as the gas ran out the next time. The spare tank in the garage was also empty. The distractions above were relatively minor and we very much enjoyed our stay.
