Our room was on the 5th floor, and it had a beautiful view of the river and downtown Ft. Myers. We also loved that there is an IHOP and seafood restaurant on the property. However, we had an issue with mosquitos in the room. Thankfully, when we spoke to the person at the front desk, she was very professional, empathetic and accommodating.

Definitely not worth the money. The photos don't show how tired thie rooms are. Even the plastic layers on the toilet seat were peeling. For what they are charging there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was poor. We were given a voucher for Ihop but with a very small menu choice and guests were served after other paying guests. It seriously makes we wonder how legitimate the 10 rating is.

Room was good, view was amazing! Restaurant on property, especially good. The issues we had, some of the housekeeping staff did not speak English, and seemed rude. On day of arrival, we showed up early around 2:30pm, the front desk person told us there were no available rooms. I gave her my cell # and she would ring us as soon as a room was available. Check-in time 4pm, still no call. Showed up at 5pm and front desk person told us she was too busy to ring us. Really! As for room, very clean, but none of the lights work, bulbs were probably burnt out. Not enough out lights to plug things in. Not enough light in bathroom and there was only an outside shower curtain no plastic inside shower curtain. My only choice was flooding the bathroom floor or drenching the material shower curtain.

Windows were dirty when we got there...mirror wasn't cleaned, stayed for 4 days and no room cleaning (the new COVID standard I suppose). Cable out for about 24 hours Friday night to Sat. Area surrounding hotel is a bit dirty. a couple nearby restaurants were great tho.

The view was beautiful. A quick walk over to beakfast at the Ihop was very nice and all though there was a limited selection, it was included with the stay. It fit my few musts...a pool, balcony, waterfront, and breakfast included. It was a great stay. Everyone was friendly except the lady at the check in/out counter. Glad we only had to talk to her those 2 times.
