“Check in was very simplistic and convenient and the host lettuce check in an hour prior to check in time so we could dress for a wedding. It's a beautiful cabin and truly off grid, no TV run with solar energy convenient to get to and close to oil City and Franklin. It situated near what looks like a woodworking shop right off the parking lot of it with a campsite behind it. “Nice cozy cottage with good wifi in a nice area. The fall colors were just starting to change near Seneca, so lots of beautiful scenery. I was there for a QRS piano player system installation training, and it was only 5 minutes from the factory. Thank you! ”

“This is our 4th time here, the rooms were OK, dust on the head board and dresser in the 2nd floor bedroom. Kitchen floor was sticky in spots (not sure if it was from us or not) but when cleaned up with a paper towel, the towel was really dirty. Bathrooms were ok. Washer and dryer were very dirty, washer rubbber ring had black spots on it, and dryer had so much lint all over it, we were suprised that it didn't catch on fire. “The host was absolutely amazing and oh so kind, I told him we were bringing my elderly mother and it was the day before Mother’s Day when we checked in and he had flowers and a happy Mother’s Day sign for mom on the table upon our arrival, it made her feel very special, the place was clean, the decor was so fitting and we felt so cozy and comfortable, the host even stopped by and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.
