The community amenities include year-round heated outdoor pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, ping pong and game room, gym, sauna and laundry facilities. The Lift, free bus line that provides access to Fraser and Winter Park is right outside the building!
