"The rental was very clean. A very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A very nice place for money. Especially like the no pet policy. The only improvement would be is for the neighbors next to driveway to do some outdoor cleanup. Time permitting it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the available fire pit and grill. "This is a nice apartment surrounded by other rental units. There is adequate seating, and the beds are comfortable. There were four of us staying for 3 nights, and I wish there had been more than 2 large towels provided, and ice trays and baking sheets for cooking, but other than that, we had everything we needed. Thanks!"

"This is a wonderful option in Bay City. It is centrally located, near great restaurants and very comfortable. I will not stay in a hotel again when I visit Bay City. This property is more comfortable and better priced than the hotels nearby. Do not hesitate to stay here."

"The host cancelled my reservation on the day of, because he "didn't like my tone" (I asked him for check in instructions). Then he claimed that my credit card was denied and that's why he cancelled, but Vrbo billed me the usual service fee of $20 and my bank confirmed that the card was not denied. Obviously double-booked. Quite rude man, and clearly a place to avoid if you need to count on the reservation being there when you arrive. "
