  • Comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with large boat slips. Close to gulf access, restaurants, marinas, charter boats and beaches, this house is great for any type of vacation. Surrounded by water on 3 sides you can fish right from the yard, bring your boat (slips large enough for boats over 30 feet) visit the beaches a few blocks away or just sit in the deck chairs and watch the barges and fishing boats go by on the ICW or birds in the wetlands just across the water. Long term rates available for those wanting a summer vacation home, but not the hassle of ownership.

The house and property was great. Clean and in order. We had a great time fishing from the yard. Beautiful views of the bays and absolutely amazing abundance of wildlife to see on a daily basis. We were even blessed to have dolphins swimming right in front of the house. Altogether it was a amazing stay at this wonderful place.

Great house!!!

My family and I have been visiting Surfside for over 30 years. We have probably stayed in 15-20 different house in that time. This little house was by far the best we have ever had the privilege to stay in. It was clean and in order. Everything work as it should. The water pressure in the shower was great. (If you know you know) the views and abundant wildlife was amazing. Very private feel due to being able to close off the property to others. We had a great time fishing and crabbing from the yard. Very convenient to have a cleaning station on-site as well. Over all a 10 out of 10 for this this house. Absolutely Amazing!!!
