"This place was super nice ! I feel that we may have been the first ones to stay in this. Newly renovated, everything in working order as described. The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The floors were not level in some places in the apartment, but it did not cause us any issues. It might cause someone a problem if...

Check in was an easy process and the host was great at responding to messages quickly. We loved the small touches like the towel warmer, espresso machine, and patio area. The design of the space is great too!"

"We stayed at this penthouse for a friends weekend getaway. It was the perfect spot, close to restaurants, bars and shopping! The weather did not cooperate so being close to these spots was super convenient. Bill was great, quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend! "
