“Had difficulty with early checkin communication but rest of our stay was exceptional. Nice snacks 24x7, wine hour, ample breakfast choices but not make to order. The bed could stand to be updated. It had the old fashioned box springs that moved around and wasn’t great on my back. Beautiful outdoor area if weather cooperates. Very convenient to cliff walk”

“The innnkeeper was warm and nice, they could answer every questions. Also the breakfast was yummy and nice too! Love it.”

“We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property. The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room. We would stay there again.”

“Our shower head was broken when we got to the room that moved us to another room we’ve stayed in a few hotels in Newport probably won’t be staying there any other time location was great but is updated”

“This property exceeded every expectation for a B&B in the Newport downtown area for quality and value. The check-in/checkout processes and daily breakfast were executed flawlessly. In particular, the innkeeper (Tonie) is the best at what she does when it comes to timeliness and responsiveness to guest needs and their priorities. I have stayed at multiple properties in Newport over the past ten years and Paws on Pelham is by far the best accommodation.”

“Excellent location!”

“Great breakfast, so many little extras, and the staff was fantastic, even surprising with a bottle of champagne for our occasion!”

“This bed and breakfast was rustic in a very charming way. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend staying here.”
