“There was no attendant at the front desk. I had to call a number for her to come out. When she came out, she was reeking of alcohol. The room was old looking and rusty in certain areas, such as the toilet paper holder. The television remote was disgusting! I will never stay there again.”

“Parking was safe and easy. Room was clean and smelled clean. Beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and temperature. The heater worked well.”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise……

“This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment. The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. Having lived in MA for 40 years, and other parts of the country for 15, I can confirm that customer service was terrible. At almost every opportunity, staff……

“The breakfast was good, the thing I didn't like is you can easily hier the noises coming from the next room because the rooms with an interior door allowing access between them without using the public hallway. Be advised the interior door is locked, ”
