Upstairs (Second floor): \* The spacious, open upstairs living area has panoramic ocean views and direct access to the upper porch via sliding glass doors. It offers the perfect gathering place for your friends and family to relax and enjoy game night, watch movies, and make new memories. \* The large gourmet kitchen and adjacent walk-in pantry have everything you need to create delicious meals the whole gang will enjoy. The oversized center island has additional seating for five and allows maximum prep and serving space next to to the large dining area which seats 10. \*Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer, dryer, an extra ice maker, and a second full sized refridgerator. \* #1 Upstairs Master (oceanfront) with king bed and ensuite bath \* #2 Upstairs bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath \* There is an additional half bath off of the living area Downstairs (First floor): \* The central downstairs living area opens onto the downstairs porch and is well stocked with games. You are a short golf cart ride on your six seater golf cart (included with the home) to all the other many amenities including dining, world-class fishing, tennis, pickleball, and two spectacular golf courses. The historic coastal town of Beaufort SC was established in 1512 and is only a 20 min drive from Fripp. Beautiful Beaufort is a true gem for shopping, dining, and low country beauty. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. (Club amenity cards needed for guests 13 years and older. Children under 13 do not require a card.) The driveway will accomodate a maximum of 6 cars but parking is NOT allowed on the road. Absolutely no pets allowed Pets - not allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. There was a plumbing problem that was fixed in a day and a freezer problem that took several days to fix because the part needed to be ordered. There were 9 of us, all 65+, there for 4 nights. I do think the bedroom pillows should be replaced. This property was absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We have rented a lot of homes for summer breaks and this one was the best. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of beach chairs/ toys, and bikes to just ride around. There wasn't anything we needed. Very rare that a home is stocked as nicely as this home was. Absolutely nothing better than our whole family being able to hang out together in so many spaces within the house. Whether we were spending time on the beach or playing games around the table or just sitting outside with a glass of wine, everyone was enjoying themselves.
