We had an okay stay. The price seemed reasonable for Barcelona.
Pros: good location - close to public transit and Sans train station, lots of restaurants around. Clean rooms and property.
Cons: listed as having air conditioning but they had turned it off and would not turn it on for us, not totally sure why. Room (210) was laid out in such a way that no fresh air from the window would reach the bed area so we got no cooler air at night. Very stuffy and hot. We probably should have asked to be moved to another room but we didn’t. Walls are VERY thin, heard talking and snoring clearly next door. There is a primary school right behind the property so there is lots of excited voices after 8:00am.
But if you want a clean, good price place to stay that may of may not have A/C, bring some ear plugs.
