Our family loved staying at Okana. The pools were fun, the room was nice and clean and most of the food was good. A few of the staff were not very friendly or helpful but thankfully majority of the rest were. We also did not like how much noise we could hear in our room. When we travel, we try to turn them into mini adventures. The Winslow had an amazing Patio area that contributed to our Adventure this trip. Pool table, Shuffleboard and access to a cozy fire pit. The room Itself was 1 of the comfiest we've ever stayed in. Fluffy fall into deep sleep beds and the layout was great. We will be traveling that way again soon and will rebook another stay here without a doubt.

"Shower was scalding hot and only got hotter, bathtub had pubes in it, fire alarm sounded while we were in bed and no one answered the phone at when I called the desk so had to walk to the front desk at 145am to fix it. All while I had to get up for work at 6am."
