Front desk gals were cheerful and friendly. However, the management has cut corners- no daily room service, not super clean (hair on floor, stopped up sink), bed mattress super old and saggy. Sad. With a few raised standards, this would be an excellent place, as the employees are seemingly quite ready to jump higher!

Conveniently located hotel and clean room, very friendly folks at the front desk and housekeeping. Appreciate them. I feel the sound insulation between rooms needs to be addressed seriously. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and I could hear people talking disturbingly loud after midnight. At breakfast, what was supposed to be scrambled eggs did look like that and didn’t taste like eggs either. That was the first time ever, I couldn’t eat “scrambled eggs” at all; although, it’s what I always have in the mornings almost at all hotels as in U.S., so as abroad. Maybe, it was not my lucky day for that at BW in Gas City. ;) I wish the hotel to closely look into quality and variety of breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Lovely big tv which was good for a family room. Staff were very friendly and professional. The only negative was that there was no mention of times of breakfast at check in and we hadn’t realised that breakfast stopped at 9am which is early for a hotel. That said, the lady who lay out the breakfast went out of her way to make sure we all had something left to eat and drink that we were grateful for.
