Great place to stay in Geneva though maybe not for kids. Otherwise it’s centrally located and the staff are wonderful and helpful. Feels a bit odd but not a problem. The rooms a great and the breakfast is very good.

Stayed here for one night to be close to the station. Hotel was clean and conveniently located, rooms were fine. Kevin at reception was super helpful and provided some great advice for the area. But We had an early train and the area didn’t feel the safest walking around.

Your average budget hotel. If you want fluffy towels & Nespresso machines, this is not the hotel for you. However, Location can’t be beat & staff is delightful! Reviews about red light district are true but never felt unsafe or scared! Great value!

Convenient hotel near the train station with plenty of food options around. Hotel staff was very friendly and since it was ready early, allowed us to check into our room early without any additional fees. Our room was small, but just what we needed for sleeping/showering. Overall, it is a great option for those passing through Geneva.

The welcome at the reception was exceptional and every time we passed through or required help they were happy to help and with a smile. The single bed was not too comfortable but the room was neat and bathrooms cleaned everyday. I would book again because of the receptionists.

SStaff and the location are wonderful. It just happened. This hotel is in the center of a very active neighborhood. I travel with my mother, so it was hard for me to explain the and few women waiting on the street. it’s still a very safe area inmy opinion.

It would have been nice to know the hotel was slap bang in the middle of the red light district! To say the surrounding area at night was intimidating would be an understatement. And I say that as a 6ft 4 man.

Great location for both transport and walking distance of the central location with the old town being about a 15/20 minute walk. Friendly staff, very accommodating. 4 out of 5, as there was limited storage in the room, and no kettle/hot drink facilities in the room. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

Good return for money, however hotel is in red zone and it had some unpleasant scenes. Also, house cleaning forgot us for 2 days and a lady in front office was not helpful at all; issues were solved by next front office person with written apologies and chocolate (much appreciated).
