“Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. Area is ideal 5 mins from Spanish steps there are shops restaurants and a supermarket on the street which is handy. Only issue we had was the……

“Check in was smooth, Giancarlo is a very nice man. We forgot the key one night and he was so gracious and understanding! The room is very self contained with everything one will need. The only drawback is the location, you will have to walk a few blocks over to find the good restaurants and it looks worn and tired area. However I am told it is very safe. All in all though, this was good value and safe, clean accommodations. Travelling as a family of 4 with 12 and 17 year old.”

“Great location, pleasant eating and rooftop area and Julia went above and beyond for assistance in many areas. I will easily go back. Last day of our stay, it was noisy early due to construction next door, otherwise perfect”

“Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better.”

La chambre était propre, assez grande et nous avions accès à un balcon. La douche téléphone était défectueuse. Seule la douche de pluie était disponible. Près de la gare.”

“Instructions for entry were very clear. Any questions I had or answered promptly. Room was clean and had air conditioning. Very well located to the terminal, abundance of restaurants and walkable to the Trevi fountain.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!”
