Victoria Garden Hotel
Everything is perfect and is only a 10 min walk to ferry terminal. The only draw back was the shower drain is very slow draining. Need to watch out otherwise the bathroom get flooded.

Royale Chulan Penang
Lovely hotel with excellent service and staff. Great location easy walk to everything. Good breakfast with lots of different choices. Pool was clean. Decoration was very festive and seemed good with families
