Everyone was very kind and concerned about our experience. The hotel is beautiful and located on the edge of the historic area. The rooms are comfortable. They serve an amazing breakfast and tea. When on the first day, restaurant staff learned I was a vegetarian, they went and made special food for me! Then, afterwards they checked in with me to make sure I had a good selection. Quite amazing. A wonderful choice in Penang.

Excellent check in service. Good water shower pressure. Room air conditioning too cold even when adjusted to 26 degree. Breakfast buffet spread fluctuate, peaking towards weekend. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is excellent.

"This is a fantastic hotel and excellent value for money. The rooms are huge and really nicely furnished. The staff can't do enough for you. Although it does not have a restaurant there are plenty of nice places to eat within a 2-3 minute walk. I would highly recommend the Muntri Grove Hotel."
