“This is the best place I have stayed at. The hosts were wonderful. Their hospitality is unmatched. They have a beautiful property that is well maintained and close to all Delaware has to offer that we were looking for. The place was clean and in such a safe part of town. “Cozy and clean condo with everything you need including an amazing ocean view! I also love all the amenities Golden Sands has to offer. Would definitely come back!”

“Great place with amazing views! I won’t t repeat others but know they are true! Clean, comfortable, roomy! I didn’t see anyone else mention but the AC is on point! The condo was a nice cool 70 our entire trip which is important in the summer heat! Master shower is fantastically roomie which is great when washing up littles with sand everywhere. Fridge was great, sometimes those are not great at rentals. ”

“It was very convenient to be right on the ocean. We spent an entire day on the beach. So relaxing. Hotel restaurants are good. The last day two of the three elevators were down. That made for a long trip down from the 8th floor. Hotel was comfortable and clean. ”

“Loved the condo! It was a perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed to make meals, relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities in the building were also a plus. The hardest part was the elevator but to be expected in a high rise during summer. Being on the 3rd floor made the stairs a breeze and no real need for the elevator. Host was amazing and kind. Reached out to ensure we were good to go. Check in and acces to the condo was a breeze! We can't wait to go back!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the carousel. my kids who have never ice skated before enjoyed doing that and there was a lot of fun things for kids to do including indoor and outdoor pools and activities. Our condo had everything that we needed and Randy was a good host.”

“This was a three night stay in OC with my daughter. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for dining and general information. The room was very clean, towels plentiful, and trash picked up promptly. We did not use the pool, but others seemed to enjoy it very much. ”
