"Truly had a terrible time staying at this property. The first spent listening to a physical altercation in the unit above me which the owner brushed under the rug. The second night I was greeted by spider beetles in the main room. Some of caught a ride with me to my new apartment. "The property was exactly what we were looking for for this vacation - a location that was close to our family, in good walking distance to points of interest, spacious and comfortable, and quiet - to relax and enjoy our time away. We were in easy communication with our host around the arrival time (delayed due to a snow storm) and what we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay at this property again for future visits. "This quaint one bedroom was perfect for our stay in Frederick. It was in quiet section but a quick walk to the historic downtown with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and beautifully organized. Can’t wait to come back! "

"We had a great stay in Arlington—perfect location for exploring D.C., Alexandria, and close to Reagan Airport. Whole Foods and Harris Teeter were just a few minutes away, and traffic into the city was light to moderate at most hours. The apartment complex was beautiful, with a friendly front desk. "This was perfect for just me as I was only in town for the night. The location is cool. The basement was mostly clean. The bathroom shower could have been cleaned more. Also, I saw the towels but not wash clothes. The only major feedback would be to put the bed in a spot where the Wi-Fi will work. The muck where the bed is now is a dead zone for Wi-Fi. Other than that, this was quite nice. "
