“The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

“This cute, comfortable cottage is a great home base to explore the Catskills in all directions. While we did not cook on this trip, the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen ware. The washer/dryer was a great help to refresh clothes for flying home. ”

“Everything it’s described to be; quiet, private, well equipped, comfortably furnished. Cooking, grilling steaks, relaxing on the porch, enjoying coffee in the morning, building a fire in the fireplace in the evening, listening to the sound of a rushing stream below, really all we hoped for. “The house is so modern and has everything you need. I came here with my husband, my parents and our dog for two nights and it was perfect. House was very clean with very clean bedding and towels which was fantastic. Huge back, front and side yard for entertainment of any kind. The one and only thing is that there isnt an AC unit in the rooms so I wish there was a fan but we left the window open overnight and it was perfect.
