“We needed a place to stay while we visited our UNC students. This very cool downtown apartment close to campus was PERFECT! Even better than the pictures ! The space was very clean, bright, and comfortable. I loved the big windows and the balcony. The kitchen was better-stocked with dishes and utensils than most places we have stayed. The setup is perfect. We were so comfortable here! The hosts thought of everything! I was thankful for the designated parking spot. And the vibe of the coffee……

“This is the second time I stayed at this beautiful Victorian style house! My mom, my aunt and I love this place. It’s so cozy! Also close to so many places to eat. We like to thrift and antique in the area. Also enjoyed the Greeley history museum that’s close by. It’s very clean and has a nice kitchen. “The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. “My husband and I were visiting Colorado for a family wedding and wanted an alternative to the hotel block for guests. I researched the area and found this adorable home and it did not disappoint. The location was great for us and we enjoyed being within walking distance of restaurants and the downtown area.
