“Delayed at check in due to computer issues with the front desk, the front desk staff was greately apologetic and kind, not his fault. Got to room to discover there was nothing in the kitchen for cooking or eating. Nothing at all. The room had a full kitchen but no utensils, flatware, cookware. Received an email after I checked in, not after the initial reservation to state these items were not provided. “Rooms were clean and has all the things you would need for a trip. Also, lots of games for the kids to enjoy. However, the property is on the back side of the house with pathway and no lights on the pathway - making it quite a challenge to find in the darkness. Additionally, the property's electrical is make shift - as using the microwave tripped the circuit breaker in the morning affecting the breakfast. Also, reseting it requires messaging the host and they responded slowly to that request.”

“Sara was a wonderful host and an excellent communicator throughout our stay! She was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to Cherry Creek for the arts festival and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The unit was exactly what we were looking for, and we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
