I think this property for the price is just amazing, located right in the heart of Grants Pass for a fun experience. The property was very clean and well maintained and had everything needed for a great stay, will definitely be using this location again.

The actual property was great, but the place is listed as sleeping 6. It only contains a queen bed and a double fouton. We arrived at around 10pm with 6 of us. I would have rated this 1 star because of this, but I contacted the property owner and they provided an air mattress. Advertising this as sleeping 6 and providing an air mattress is not acceptable in my opinion. To make matters worse, the air mattress partially deflated overnight. Nowhere is it mentioned that an air mattress is needed to sleep 6. I would suggest either additional bedding be provided or the listing be updated to more accurately report that the property sleeps 4. Apart from that, it was clean, tidy, functional and well stocked. I would consider staying there again, but certainly not with 6 people.

Wish we could stay longer. Loved the accomodations. This condo has everything and was clean you need including a washer and dryer. 3 minutes from hellgate Jet boat excursion... Highly recommend.

Great Christmas getaway

We returned to this property for a second Christmas with family in town. The one bedroom unit is just the right size and the full kitchen was great for holiday cooking. The courtyard is perfect for our dog. The property is clean and quiet and centrally located. We will be back next year!

Grants Pass getaway

We only stayed one night. It was easy to find, close to the event we were there for. Perfect size for 2 and was clean, easy check in and check out. We brought ourselves and some food and was perfect for an overnight stay. Way better than a hotel room that would have cost the same. Will be booking again next time we go to Grants Pass.

Nice, clean place. My only question is how they can say it sleeps 6. There's one queen bed and a sofa bed, can't imagine 3 people in each of those! Also would have been nice to have paper towels and maybe some outdoor chairs for the patio - otherwise - very nice!

Riverside Cabins

I thought the River would be more visible, but it was a block away. Not a real problem. The Cabin was spacious and stocked adequately. Location was quiet. We enjoyed Grants Pass downtown, blew glass, visited the Wildlife Images rehab center and the Oregon Caves National Monument. When we later met the owner we found him very open and friendly. they have other properties and consistently strive to make each one better than the last.
