Fantastic Stay

I think this property for the price is just amazing, located right in the heart of Grants Pass for a fun experience. The property was very clean and well maintained and had everything needed for a great stay, will definitely be using this location again.

Best place for the best price!

Wish we could stay longer. Loved the accomodations. This condo has everything and was clean you need including a washer and dryer. 3 minutes from hellgate Jet boat excursion... Highly recommend.

Fantastic property, clean and well maintained. Great for a dog friendly property including a small fenced yard! Cute decorations! Only suggestion is perhaps some paper towels and some info on working the fan remotes.

Great Christmas getaway

We returned to this property for a second Christmas with family in town. The one bedroom unit is just the right size and the full kitchen was great for holiday cooking. The courtyard is perfect for our dog. The property is clean and quiet and centrally located. We will be back next year!

Grants Pass getaway

We only stayed one night. It was easy to find, close to the event we were there for. Perfect size for 2 and was clean, easy check in and check out. We brought ourselves and some food and was perfect for an overnight stay. Way better than a hotel room that would have cost the same. Will be booking again next time we go to Grants Pass.

Great property! So much better than a hotel! Clean and well kept. Well stocked kitchen. Private courtyard a bonus . Great location! Felt safe. Close to historic downtown area with excellent restaurants and a really nice visitor center. Loved it here and will be back!

My first vrbo

I could not have been happier.Everything was great, no issues coming or going from our cabin. The place was very clean and specious. The property was clean and parking was secure with good lighting. I will for sure do this again. Thank you so much.

Very clean , very nice , good price, easy check-in, no surprises. However,. Loud noises at 4 AM at nearby Business. Flashyblue lights from closet even with doors closed. Overall still very nice.

Nice Place

Nice, clean place. My only question is how they can say it sleeps 6. There's one queen bed and a sofa bed, can't imagine 3 people in each of those! Also would have been nice to have paper towels and maybe some outdoor chairs for the patio - otherwise - very nice!

Riverside Cabins

I thought the River would be more visible, but it was a block away. Not a real problem. The Cabin was spacious and stocked adequately. Location was quiet. We enjoyed Grants Pass downtown, blew glass, visited the Wildlife Images rehab center and the Oregon Caves National Monument. When we later met the owner we found him very open and friendly. they have other properties and consistently strive to make each one better than the last.

Good place to stay

Nice property. Clean and fairly quiet. We had no visiters, so the parking was adequate. The separation of the bathroom from the bedroom was particularly a +. What could be better: Most importantly is a dresser in the bedroom. Or at least a second luggage stand. Also more hangers in the closet would be helpful. The couch/Futon was uncomfortable to sit on. the bar stools need cushions. A better selection of kitchen ware would be nice. All and all, we would book this property again. The central location made it easy to go all the places we needed/wanted to go. Thanks for an over all comfortable lodging, Don and Carol
