Great Salt Pond Tours

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Atlantic Inn. The property and views from our room were stunning. It was also convenient that it was a short walk from downtown!

The resort itself stood out so beautiful!

The location of this hotel could not have been better, right on the beach and close to the ferry, stores and restaurants. There were many positives about the hotel including a charming lobby, porches overlooking the main street in front and beach in back with comfortable seating. However, I'm not sure if the peeling paint on the walls was a decorative choice (the distressed look) or general disrepair. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach which was its finest feature but the room needed painting and it felt quite cramped. Other than a shower curtain there was no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the entire bathroom got flooded when the shower was running. There was a door leading out to the balcony that did not have a screen. We left the door open to the elements so we could hear the sound of the waves and get some ventilation.
