“Very small room and bathroom. The shower was difficult to turn around in, never mind picking up a dropped soap! Limited hanging clothes as no closet and hangers. Try to find another place to stay.”

“We are currently on a 5,000 mile road trip through New England- a ‘bucket list’ trip we’ve been planning for years- with lodging varying from Wyndham to Hilton’s and others in between. When we found this resort on Expedia, we happily booked a room. To be completely honest, this was the most anticipated stop of our trip. I went to the manager and asked if there was a possibility of getting a refund for the night even though we had booked through a third party. He was the most helpful person I have ever encountered at a place of lodging. He determined that we could get a refund so that we could be on our way, and gave me details on how to do so. If we are ever in that area again on our travels, we will most definitely……

“King bed was very comfortable. Front staff very helpful - even carried our luggage to the 2nd floor for us. Love the location and the full breakfast!”

“We had a great stay overall. I guess the only downside was the staff being inattentive. The house keeper was excellent but it was when we went to the pool and the pool bar was closed in late June. Granted there was a sign that said “call this number if pool bar is closed and need service” but we called and left a voicemail and never heard back or had anyone come outside. Also we called to have the fire pit outside the Mansfield house put on and the staff said they would but they did not. And as……
