Went for a baseball tournament. Close to games and breakfast was good.
Stayed here during ECU family weekend to avoid the high prices in Greenville. 45 minute drive but a straight shot to campus. Room could use a little more attention to detail in terms of cleaning. Areas could be seen that hadn't been dusted in a long time, like the top of the headboard and lamps. Furniture was a bit beat up. Room was very quite and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not great. Bathrooms were very small and tub/ shower combos feel outdated, which I know can't be helped at this point. Overall good value for the money. Would stay again.
The landscaping of the property is outstanding. The building itself could use an upgrade, it's not bad but normal the outer appearance you expect from a Hampton Inn. rooms were very nice, but you have to request housekeeping service if you stay multiple days. Breakfast was ok but not what i have experienced at other Hampton Inns. The Pool, workout rooms etc., very nice. I would not hesitate in staying there again.

The Hotel fit the bill for my needs. The coffee, Tea, and snacks and drinks in the lobby were nice. One of two elevators was out.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating
I reserved this hotel because of the swimming pool and breakfast. Our stay was 2 days but the pool was temporarily closed. What a big disappointment! The breakfast was a continental breakfast. That was a big disappointment too. The staff was excellent and great customer service.
The room was not stocked well with tissue. The shades did not work. Carpet could have used shampooing. We were not sure of the policies regarding changing linen, but it wasn’t changed at all during our stay. Food was great and hot. Staff were very courteous and helpful. All electric amenities worked well. It just needs some TLC and maintenance. We were somewhat disappointed, especially from our previous experiences with Hampton hotels in the past.
We traveled to Kinston to visit family and we were not disappointed with our choice of hotel. The room was clean, staff is friendly and breakfast was good.
I stayed on the fourth floor in a King Deluxe room and it was wonderful. It was quiet. When I need housekeeping, the staff was respectful and a delight to converse with.
I pray I get a suite next time, I felt spoiled and I was well rested.
Only thing I would change, if I could, is the mattress. It was very hard. Softer mattresses would be so much better on someone who has a bad back.
Other than that, I would definitely come back again! Thank you guys for your hard work!!
It's ok I been with Marriott for over 40 years and retired from my employment years on the road. I used Marriott Hotels from Maine to Florida. This Marriott need folks who will smile and say good Morning and good evening most important welcome to Marriott. Customer service is everything in all areas. First impression is the most important .
