This is a nude spa

Good location and a nice big breakfast. However, it doesn’t say in the description of the hotel, that the spa and the outdoor pool only are for people in the nude. We were not allowed in our swim trunk/bikini. As we are not nudists it was an unpleasant experience.

this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy

Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Toiletten könnten besser sein. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strandblick und die Umgebung ein Traum! Wellness war leider spontan nicht möglich, sollte geplant gebucht werden. Macht aber nichts, wenn das Wetter schön und man draußen sein kann. :)

Hotel hat super Lage an der Promenade. Parkplätze im Parkhaus zu wenige zu unserer Reisezeit. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem ausgelagerten Parkplatz für 12€/Tag sind super, ca. 200m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer brauchen dringend einen Safe, wobei die Möglichkeit besteht an der Rezeption die Wertsachen zu verstauen. Allerdings ist der Schlüssel vom Tresor dann so gross, dass es auch Platz braucht in der Hosentasche. Ansonsten zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer, mehr Ablageflächen in Toilette und Dusche erforderlich. Trocknungsmöglickkeiten für Hangtuch oder Badeanzug sind nicht vorhanden. Frühstück und Abendessen ist gut, man wird immer satt, nur wäre mehr Abwechslung besser, für unseren Aufenthalt war das in Ordnung. Sitzplätze im Speiseraum und Kaffeetasse zu Stoßzeiten ca. 09:00-10:00 Uhr sind zu wenig. Bitte besser organisieren! Personal im Restaurant+Bar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, top! DANKE! Kaffemahlzeit ist eine nette Sache vom Hotel, vielen Dank!

Bra läge direkt vid stranden. Riklig frukostbuffe. Tyvärr ingen ac på rummen och fönsterna gick inte att öppna. Vilket gjorde att luften stod stilla. Var ca 30 grader varmt inne trots att det bara var 24 grader ute. Garaget vid hotellet var fullt men det fanns en parkering några 100 meter från hotellet som kostade 12 euro för ett dygn. Inredningen på rummen var lite annorlunda än vad man är van vid. Glasvägg till toaletten. Sängen var helt okej. I övrigt var det ganska slitet och skavt. Skulle nog behövas lite kärlek. Fanns ett vattenland som ingick i rums priset. Med direktanknytning. Besökte dock ej det.

Für ein Wellnesshotel etwas magere Ausstattung auf den Zimmern. Die Nächte waren laut, da über uns rumgetrampelt wurde. Durchs Wechseln des Zimmers ging es. Es war aber super warm, da es keine Klima gab. Das Hotel lebt durch seine Lage.

Schlechtes Hotel

Abgewohnte Zimmer mit einem echt schlechten Zustand, Zimmerservice nur alle 2 Tage und die Qualität des Frühstücks (Lebensmittel) ist unterste Kategorie! Das Hotel war leider eine große Enttäuschung und das bei solch einem hohen Preis! Für mich der erste und letzte Aufenthalt in diesem „Resort“!

Nicht so schön war es das sich in dem Eimer des Bades noch ein Hygieneartikel (Damenbinde) befand. Parkmöglichkeiten waren da die aber 24h bezahlt werden müssen- aber da kann das Hotel nix für. Nachts ist der Tarif immerhin günstiger. Der Zugang zur Grömitzer Welle im Bademantel war ideal.

Das Aja muss man mögen, da das Konzept doch etwas anders ist mit dem verglasten Badezimmer etc. Wir finden das insgesamt ok, zumal hier mehrere Vorteile zusammenkommen: Bademantel-Übergang in die Grömitzer Welle, Nivea Haus mit SPA Anwendungen, zentrale Lage... Es ist immer wieder schön in diesem Hotel für ein Wochenende abzuschalten. Leider schafft es das aja jedoch immer wieder durch Kleinigkeiten den guten Eindruck nachhaltig schlecht zu beeinflussen. So auch bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Wir hatten den aufpreispflichtigen Late-Checkout zu 15 Uhr gebucht und zusätzlich das "Bitte nicht stören" Schild außen an die Zimmertür gehängt. Das hielt einen Mitarbeiter jedoch nicht davon ab kurz nach 14 Uhr plötzlich und unvermittelt unser Zimmer zu betreten, ohne klopfen, sich anzumelden oder sich sonst irgendwie bemerkbar zu machen. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go! Wir haben das an der Rezeption entsprechend kommuniziert und uns beschwert. Es machte jedoch nicht den Eindruck, als wenn man dies weiter verfolgen wollte. Wir wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob wir einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten und ob alles in Ordnung war, sondern haben uns nach Zahlung der Rechnung noch einen Moment Zeit genommen, um diese Beschwerde auf unsere Initiative hin zu schildern. So etwas hinterlässt gerade zum Abschluss eines schönen Aufenthaltes einen sehr schlechten Eindruck, trübt die Erfahrung und den Erhohlungswert. Schade...
